I Love video star so much for my edits but today my subscription automatically removed itself then I repaid again but it says when I try to use the membership QR codes that I don’t have the membership so I’m basically paying money for no reason. Please fix this or issue. Thanks

Video star was working fine a few days ago but now whenever I try to do any transition from the layout tab in multilayer the app crashes and kicks me out, I have also noticed that sometimes it works with the default transition but if you try and change it to your preferred one it also crashes, I’ve tried everything from clearing the cache, checking storage, checking if my device is compatible (which it is) I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem is still there.
My video star always laggs for no reason and keeps logging me out 😶
Alr, gettin to the point, ik many people are complaining about prices. And I ain’t complaining either, but it’s VERY overpriced. Sorry but its the truth, most reviews and people agree with me. Otherwise it’s a great editing app! It has a whole fanbase at this point.

yeah this is actually amazing, i love everything about it. I’ve used videostar for almost 4 years and honestly, the only “problem” i have is the quality once exported. Otherwise it’s really good. There’s also one complaint i have, recently the app has been randomly freezing, im not sure why that happens. But yeah, i’m happy with it :)
It is so bad, so overpriced 500 per year it is nothing showed on the adds and it is horrible. Listen to me DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS BAD APP it is truly the worst app in history, I suggest capcut it is way better than this and capcut is free.
