I use Videoleap quite often for a lot of projects and have been using it for a few years. Safe to say I enjoy using it. However lately it’s been really buggy, the display screen doesn’t register the changes I make until 2 seconds later and there’s a massive delay when editing which has made it very difficult to use. I really like Videoleap and I think it’s very underrated. I’m just confused with the latency lately.
Signed up for the free trial but now finding it extremely difficult to unsubscribe.
Don’t use this app. It’s very comparable to other similar apps that are cheaper, and if you have any issues customer service do not reply to emails. Very disappointing to pay this much and not have an app to use or a subscription to cancel.
Why mine don’t have ai function ? Is the latest version and I bought membership already. And where can I find gif right now…? (2024.04.05)
Cant export the video, reported too, no solution yet
I’m a big fan of Videoleap and use it on for everything I ever need to edit but most of the time I export something the ends result is missing half of the sound effects and if I fix it with another editor the quality ends up being really bad. Great editor aside from that issue 4/5
1 minute 30 seconds???? Get this useless time limit off, and let us get back to using the app for making long form videos!!
I loved your app it is very useful for my videos however some of it maybe a bit complicated so maybe if u made more features but less complicated more users will love it
Alright this is just getting ridiculous. I can’t even reverse my videos anymore, and I can’t make a video longer than 1.5 minutes!?!? Seriously? Please change it, I’ve always loved this editor, and now I feel like changing my mind.
I was using this app for 4 years, fine just fine. Then all of a sudden the app start’s deleting things from projects randomly. I go and check my gallery to see if i had accidentally deleted something but its all there. Now i have hours worth of edits that have been ruined by some random malfunction. I have to substitute the material back into its place whilst keeping the timing and music all back to normal. THANKS ALOT, NOW I HAVE MANY MORE HOURS WORTH OF UNNECESSARY EDITS TO CLEAN UP.
