app developer steals money
Few days ago I discovered that after downloading this app for free trial on 5th October and cancelling it before the trial period was over, (jewish) app developer took money from my bank account monthly for 3 months. They responded to my one email saying they dont have my email address attached to any payments. When I sent them receipts, they stopped responding.

Пользовалась несколько лет, но обновили приложение и теперь некоторые обычные функции доступны только при оформлении подписки, которая слишком дорогая. Отстой, хотя само приложение очень хорошее
Frustrating
1. No annual subscription option 2. VERY expensive weekly option - costs the same as full student ad0be creative cloud! 3. Super useful option of adding footage from external disc but.. 4. Super small thumbnails when adding videos from files 5. 3/5 attempts to add movies from files end with “there was a problem with one of your videos” 6. Great templates to use 7. No files on drop down list when trying to replace video in project 8. You can use Files only in “auto edit” - when you go to actual template you can only add videos from camera roll Overall super expensive app with good potential but plenty of flaws I don’t agree with paying so much money for an app with so many errors.
Trying to charge me even though I have no longer any subscription.
I downloaded the app, didn’t like the fact I have to pay extra for everything so I deleted it and ended up my subscription. Today my bank app showed me it tried to charge me 94pln for whatever reason?
Stealing the money
Ignoring all my requests to unsubscribe me, having no “unsubscribe” button inside there app, they constantly charge me. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽I never used this app in my life. There way too many other video editing apps

Как только перешел на платную версию , первое же видео испорчено наложением звуковых дорожек одну на другую. Хотя в самом редакторе все выглядит правильно. Я отписался от программы год назад и уже писал о этой проблеме. Gdy tylko przeszedłem na wersję płatną, już pierwszy film został zepsuty przez ułożenie ścieżek audio od jednej do drugiej. Moim zdaniem redaktor wszystko jasno przedstawił. O programie pisałem wcześniej i pisałem o problemie.
Oszuści!!!
Aplikacja pobrała mi 700 zł!!!! Wbrew mojej woli! Jak skontaktować się z Apple w tej sprawie??? Jak nie uda się tego rozwiązać to kieruje sprawę do sądu!!!
