I downloaded the application, logged into it once, yesterday, May 21, I wanted to cancel my subscription and delete the application, but I kept getting an error. Today is May 22 and they took money from my card in the amount of 129.99 euros. Is it possible to get this money back if I don’t use the application and wanted to delete it?
I like Videoleap i’ve been using it for a while but sometimes i cannot get into editing. I really like to edit on this app.
Your response to your trial issue was to contact you directly, but I already did weeks ago and I get no answer. Already requested a refund from Apple Support, this app is basically a money draining app with no good results and paid influencer marketing.
Can’t save videos without a watermark in free version. Offered 5 days of free deal for premium, but took money right away! What a scam!

I have spent more than 200 dollars on light tricks products, and at the moment i am using Photoleap + motionleap + Videoleap as my setup to create advertising graphics and videos. They came out with beatloop, which to be honest is a terrible app with promising features (no timeline editing, no specific video total time framing, impossible to display video effects where you want them, TERRIBLE practicality). Beatloop should instead be part of VIDEOLEAP, or at least take the VIDEO EFFECTS functions and implement them into videoleap too so we can granularly implement them to create more stunning videos. How is it possible that videoleap has 0 video effects in 2021 ? And since you already developed these for beatloop (zoom, prism, boomerang..........) why not taking them and putting them into videoleap too ? Also, the font selection should be improved, look at splice app...... And the music, take that from beatloop too and put it into videoleap as is, much better than the one there is now
Lol I cant even export 7 minutes of video, I have free storage on my IPad. Fix it or 3 stars is maximum for this app Upd: So I understood why I cannot export projects because your app stores copies of projects, that is, it takes up a lot of my storage in IPad
I just Download this app and really love it! But one thing I feel like it’s missing is GLOWING TEXT. Hope that would be added❤️
