i signed up for a trial and cancelled before trial was up and it still charged me €81
Stay away!
Dear App Store, How are you allowing scammers to operate on your platform? They are charging people a significant amount after subscription cancellation, using our bank details. I strongly advise others to stay away from this app. It just took 81 euros from me, and it’s impossible to contact them to get the money back
Scamers
This is scam! Started my free trail and couldnt cancel on the website, got charged a crazy amount of 81euro and suddenly I can cancel ! The subscriptiom isnt showing under my Apple subscriptions.
Charged 82 euros and not responding
Installed to try it out, deleted the same day as the app did not have functionality I needed. They took 82 euros off my card one week later, and are not replying to my refund request. Do not recommend.
Bad! They take your money even if you don’t have a subscription!!
I had a Videoleap trial but I didn’t like it so I cancelled on the 23rd of July. When I go into my subscriptions it Clearly says ‘cancelled’. However I got charged 82 euro. EIGHTYTWO. For an app I don’t own or want. I’ve tried to get in contact but I’m yet to hear back. BAD.
What a joke
Pay for the “full version “ and then when I export the videos to instagram they are like 140 p????!!!

Using this app on IPhone 14 pro editing for a content client and it keeps crashing with videos just turning to black screens and then warning signs up across all of them
scam app DO NOT DOWNLOAD！
ABSOLUTELY SCAM APP THAT TAKEN 88euro from my wife bank card without notice. It should be removed from app store.
