I can't import a video, it's less than 5 minutes long, but I keep hitting cancel. I made a subscription and it's still not importing. What do I do? Why isn't it working?

Дцже люблю цей додаток. Але останнім часом не працює реверс відео. Доходить до декількох відсотків обробки і зависає. Будь ласка, виправіть. Тоді поставлю 5 зірочок.
Різке підвищення підписки?
Цікаво виходить, що щомісячна оплата раніше була 11,99 / міс. за користування шаблонами без поглибленої редакції. В мене завершився місяць і щоб відновити, вже 11,99 в тиждень 🤬 Ввважаю, що таке збільшення ціни не чесно.

I used it with a subscription as monthly, and it was good. Except when I opened the app there was standing: “Join our creative community” and I had to log in again. But I forgot my login. What do i do now? My subscription is still working.
Paid subscription for crop video?
Well I understand if I applied special effects, or saved the video in super quality, or FVP but no. Just give money to crop the video or crop a part Not a very good strategy😅 Instead, you lose the user on basic features that are free in other apps, get a bad review
Great! But how do I delete my accidentally published template?
I’ve recently noticed I’ve mistakenly published one of my private videos as a public template a while ago. And it was hard to find an option to unpublish it or delete it in the app. But I’ve finally found it.
