It’s a quite useful tool and available on other editor. The option disappeared Edit: the Sticker will not return. It’s a big hit to the software. In addition I’ve been having export errors. I wish I could revert back to an older version as the software is becoming bad. They may be the correct catalyst to try other software to give them a chance and switch off of this one
Customer service was helpful with the refund process.
Just fix bugs instead of adding new AI features that aren’t good. The app keeps crashing since the update, the issue with chunks of audio disappearing after exporting the video that I’ve emailed support about since Dec 2022 is still not resolved yet. It’s Jan 2023 now. Yes, I’ve emailed support again.
it seems you want paid subscribers but don’t want to pay the AI service enough to let users enjoy the features easily
The annual subscription fee was charged to my credit card even when I have cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. Very annoying

The app is so slow & keeps crashing after the recent update. Stop adding more AI features no one wants & just fix your existing issues. The audio going missing issue I brought up since Dec 2022 is still not fixed.
The app is trying to be a social media site instead of a video editing app, so you’re forced to connect to the internet or you can’t even edit your videos. Never realised this until I travelled. I do not want to turn on roaming just to edit a video when all the videos are on my phone & nothing needs to be downloaded.
Been a long user of videoleap, always recommended and preferred it over capcut, but now they’re forcing a watermark smack dead in the center of ALL VIDEOS you make. Extremely poor decision and i’m very turned off by that, guess it’s time to say goodbye to my once favourite video editing app.
I already paid the yearly subscription for unlimited, and Videoleap charge me a monthly subscription for the same thing AND still kept asking me to pay again to use the unlimited features when I’m trying to save my video!
