One off the best device ever made

Easy set up working perfectly very nice gadget and useful in winter and hot summer

No support for Siri or Short it’s?

Seems to me this is a vital tool this app is missing. I’ve seen on YouTube that older Viper systems seemed to have Siri voice control to start, stop, lock and unlock a vehicle. No sign of that any more or any kind of control in Siri Shortcuts, or am I missing something?

Can’t add custom photo

Timely information unable to load on iphone when changing photo from default to a custom photo.

Zero Customer Service

If there was a zero star option then I would have gone for that. I very rarely post negative reviews, more on the positive feedback to help others and in recognition for the product supplier. This is a great bit of kit and essay to use APP ‘but’ you are relying on someone from the USA to get back to you. If you need to telephone them then you need to call their 800 number which will be heavy on your phone bill. Other USA companies offer 0800 a UK free phone number. My grievance is that I’m trying to ‘reactivate’ my membership. I need a ‘Promo code’ to do this as I am resident outside the USA & Canada. I’m in the UK. I have sent numerous messages for help to Mysmartstart via the APP but no one has come back to me. I went to the UK supplier a few days ago and he sent details of my problems to someone in the USA. They then spoke in my presence on the phone and it was agreed I would get the code after payments. I paid £99 three days ago for one year subscription and still no code or offer of help from Mysmartstart. The reason I am concerned is that I own a 51 yr old classic car, value £45,000 - £48,000 which is away from my garage at home, in a body shop for 3-4 months for paint job. I want the tracker as these type of cars are a target for thieves. If anyone reading this is considering buying a Viper Mysmartstart tracker and alarm system, ask yourself this, do I need good to excellent customer service? If yes, then avoid at all costs.

Broken since the update

When ever it starts it says a new car has been added and then errors if you try and add the car. Makes the entire app unusable. I had tried to email support with no reply at all.

Would be zero stars if i could

App has been updated and now does not work, it crashes as soon as you go to the maps and with the new dashboard if you choose the one that goes straight to the map as I did then you cannot open the app, very poor needs immediate attention Update Following advise from the developer I have removed app and reinstalled and all. Ow working great again many thanks

Great App - Requires Updating

The functionality of this app is great being able to control & monitor my vehicle the way I can, only criticism is it can be a little slow to operate & the maps are old school...

It's a good app and works well

This app is a very good app but it crashes with ios8 nearly ever time you try to unlock your car or lock it. Please fix this
