When I try to open the “Tier Rewards” Tab in the app, it loads the top section (bronze; silver; gold) briefly, but then proceeds to load nothing…

Nothing beats the fact that it’s user friendly and easy to navigate so there’s no time wasting when using it exactly for its intended purposes.

This new app does not have the option to switch between gyms and view classes like the previous app which is frustrating. Why was this functionality removed?

2024-12-28 Enable the permission to take a screenshot. This is the primary reason people use the app. The QR should always be a click away, pin it to the panel at the bottom. At the moment it's faster to quit the app and relaunch it access the QR.

It could have been a 5 star rating since the app works well. However the weekly target that keeps increasing is a problem. Minimum 3 gym visits weekly should be enough. But just as I celebrate achieving that, the next target increases to 4 gym visits. Honestly this needs to be reviewed. It’s actually counterproductive that I end up giving up on the idea entirely. I’m actually an active person but gym visits are not always going to be 4 days + in a week.

updated my app a week ago but am I missing something - fully booked classes you cant add yourself to a waitlist but this was part of the update.

It’s been 2 times now that I’ve attended the gym and it never reflected on the app. I send emails to to club and head office and all they say is that they can see on the system that I attend and will escalate it to the tech department. Virgin get your S in order!

Discrimination against working women who cannot go to a gym 4 times a week. Killing my motivation

Ever since I’ve updated to this new app, most of my gym visits have not been logged so naturally I don’t get any of the rewards as promised. And it’s not just me. All my family members are noticing the same!
