Tried to deposit forex from Australia. Bank doesn’t allow this. Find it very frustrating.
Constant problems with getting Vitality points. I have to complain on average every 4 days. Query function doesn’t work on App. Points don’t calculate. Often steps and workouts don’t pull through. Vitality never admit to the problem. It’s a nightmare.
Seems QA team was fired, Basic Login functionality is not working and even after trying many times and fresh reinstall it is not working.
I am a discovery client, but couldn’t register, I tried 20 times, but nothing worked, not even customer services could help
Absolutely useless app for syncing health data for vitality and they’ll make it out to be your problem when their app is the problem!
Not easy to access online vitality assessments unless I’m doing something wrong.

Takes you to the web version for majority of what you need to tap on. Not a user friendly app. No search bar to try find what you’re looking for. Needs serious UX improvements.
Nothing annoys me more than when I need to find something on an app but dont even know where to start looking, wheres the UX here people? Terrible experience
