Unable to login to the app over the weekend as a login error message appears. I’ve changed my password and tried to refresh the app but still doesn’t work

You get told when you sign up to get the app immediately as part of the process with the incentive of rewards and discounts. None of those work, the whole app is a glorified scanner for entry and that’s about it. Why put in reward schemes if they don’t even work? I’ve logged 2 complaints but it’s been over a month and nothing. I think this might be a scheme to make the gym more attractive at 1000 rand a month and is kept broken to cut costs.

Won’t let me log in. Internet connection error

I registered and everything was good and then the next time I opened the app, it asked for me to log in but when I do try it says internet connection problem. So I cannot use it until I’m able to log in

This app not only constantly does not work or remembers my login details it does not acknowledge cancelled classes leading to a ban on booking classes!

Client in botswana using this app doesn’t work here. When you go to the staff they say it works. And I actively go to the gym only to find of all people it doesn’t work for the active user. What a scam!

Registered on the app, get response that all is good. Try to log in, get ‘Ooops something wrong’. No idea what. Call the support number, very long and irritating intro. Agent says app not working, no idea when it will... So this one star rating is not for the app itself as I can’t actually log in!

To create an account you need to have a member ID number... seems logical enough except on no communication, member card or any documentation does this number exist. Passport number and or national ID don’t work although it says it accepts it. Total fail.
