Since the last update to 2.33 the app on my iPhone crashes every time I open it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Prior to this update I had no issues with the app.

When you pay extra for seat. You should get that seat not taken away and given a seat you didn’t pay for.

This company is incompetent and should be disbanded. Thieving money at the highest rate and can’t even organise ground crew to be available to disembark their passengers. The minesite/s and their own employees are sick and tired of the ongoing plane delays and delays in disembarkation. PUT YOUR HAND YOUR FAT WALLET AND FIX IT!!

Points don't show up after charter flights. And you keep removing my status credits for no reason

The app only stays open for about 1 second. No one can fix or help. Very frustrating when trying to book or check in.

Good app but haven’t been able to use for months as it crashes with in seconds of opening. Other people I talk to have same issue.
