Most of the time won't even get the booking "our system cannot retrieve your booking..." shameful app. Look at your main competitor app and learn...

Since the last update to 2.33 the app on my iPhone crashes every time I open it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Prior to this update I had no issues with the app.

When you pay extra for seat. You should get that seat not taken away and given a seat you didn’t pay for.

This company is incompetent and should be disbanded. Thieving money at the highest rate and can’t even organise ground crew to be available to disembark their passengers.
