App not working , poor customer service
unexpected data loss of 35 GB without any prior notice. Additionally, I am unable to access the Virgin Mobile app, Furthermore, I am unable to access YouTube, even though it falls under the category of unlimited usage for social media as outlined in my plan I spent 115 Riyal for this plan for 1 month plan total waste.
