It never worked for me. Always giving some sort of errors at one step or another.

Postpaid plan selection missing
After the update, I don’t see the options for postpaid plan selection. I have to call virgin tech support. I had my plan paused and lose all my remaining minutes and data. Phone app need some bug fixing.
Avoid at all costs
Long way to go to match Virgin mobile services in other countries . I chose nice number and spend SAR 500 to connect to the network to find out in 2-3 weeks that FaceTime isn’t supported . All other networks in KSA provide that . You can’t share internet as a hotspot either !! Poor application with lots of “something went wrong” pop ups. I regret wasting my money
I recommend using a different network provider
I recharged multiple times and it didn’t even work and they took my money and when i complained about it it wasn’t very helpful and didn’t return my money
