The app wont recognise my mobile number , yes I am a customer. It has a pre-filled email that isn’t mine on the forgot password section. Crazy

Not working since latest software loaded. Not able to load any money into wallet
Crap App
App takes so long to start then if it ever starts you cant add extra boost data at anytime. Avoid Virgin KSA at all costs and go STC or even Mobily
I recommend using a different network provider
I recharged multiple times and it didn’t even work and they took my money and when i complained about it it wasn’t very helpful and didn’t return my money
