Disappointing

I’ve tried numerous times but cannot log into the app, the pages won’t scroll to allow me to click on the right options!
Go through set-up process but end with error code 11006.
Can’t login for 3 days The app screen has a please try later message Waste of time Clydesdale bank seem to have money to burn creating apps that don’t work
This did work but has now stopped working. When I open the App I just get the animated logo forever. Retried over two weeks. Now issued a DNR ‘do not resuscitate’ order (deleted).
I really like this app and have started making a habit of using it when doing online shopping to see if I can get extra points. I find it simple to use and have noticed a couple of really good offers. I understand it’s an early version and looking forward to the next releases with even more features.
Found the wallet useful to have a single place where I can view my Virgin Atlantic credit card and Virgin points in one place. Shows me all my transactions as well as where I’ve earned and redeemed my points. Some nice games and competitions in the wallet too to help boost your points if you win
I’ve not been able to open this app for over 3 weeks at this point, I just get an error saying sorry we can’t sign you in right now. Same message for weeks, is this EVER going to be fixed??
Can't merge credit card info across so unable to use app. Doesn't accept my password to merge the data even though I can use it on the other app. Waste of time
Can not proceed, as will not let me ‘allow notifications’, no wonder it’s a failed app !! Virgin you need to overhaul your IT team !
I received an invite to download the app and did so - unfortunately it won’t allow me to connect the accounts as it got stuck in a loop with Face ID but wouldn’t accept my manual credit card login either. I therefore can’t use it and have deleted it, shame really as it sounded good in theory. Edit: following on from the supplier response I’ve deleted the app, re-downloaded and tried again. Same issues as before unfortunately - reading other reviews I’m clearly not alone in this. Second edit: still not resolved, despite several updates. Responses from developer seem unhelpful given that everyone is saying what the problem is, and it’s not user error!
