Great app

It’s just an amazing app that inspire me everyday.

my company started a challenge so it got me a maxbuzz to participate and you have to connect the max buzz through the virgin pulse app so as to sync. you steps and calories and the most important thing is to reset the time, now the challenge is over and they cancelled my account and i’m not able to reset the time back and when i called the customer service they told me that there isn’t another way to reset the time so what should i do is to trash it or what ?!!

Why can’t I add Samsung watch as a tracker?

A great app that offers good opportunity for lifestyle modification. It can help you eat healthier, sleep well, rate your different exercises. Building a community of friends. World competition for teams increased my interest with this app.

Work on your app improvements,improve your app at like 3am cause I can’t do anything sometimes at night

The app was working great but as of late I have to disconnect and reconnect daily for my activity to sync. I’ve tried closing everything and even turning off my iPhone but it still isn’t automatically syncing.

Update 8/9/2024. The app is not accurately syncing my steps or activity with it used to sync immediately, now it syncs at 5 at night-if at all. Both apps are up to date and it syncs properly with VP Transform-so that tells me that there is an issue with VP. Please fix it. Others have complained too Once again, for no apparent reason, the app did not redirect to my employer’s site based on my email address. It feels like because VP has cornered the market in the employer/employee fitness space, they make no effort to ensure that the app is reliable and works consistently. Very frustrating.
