Despite being connected to Garmin and Strava, only recognises steps, does not pick up activity minutes, useless

Do the developers even test this app before release.

Is soo slow in loading data, as it seems it downloads everything all the time. Like it doesn’t even cache some data

I signed up to an ex revise initiative with work, and as part of that I received a Max Buzz activity tracker. It just doesn’t work. I connected it to the app and it initially connected by didn’t sync any of my steps and didn’t show as registered. After that I couldn’t sync it at all, and the watch wouldn’t sync. Rubbish.

Virgin Pulse sync with Garmin completely broken. No fix provided.

So it was connecting properly however now it doesn't register steps which is the most important bit! It registers sleep and that's it! Useless!

Keeps you informed and on track. Great advice on wellbeing/ health.

I love this app, it has helped me keeping track of my health.
