Took too long to connect to the database to be able to verify attendee info while they were still in the booth. Everything else was spot on. Very handy.

Cannot verify addresses of people

This is an excellent idea and I think has a chance to replace the unnecessary and cumbersome machines. The system and software do need some work and have a way to go still. For example, syncing licenses was unnecessarily challenging and took forever for the three smartphone users. As the head of Marketing, I would certainly use this service again as long as it continues to improve.

Saved tons of time at a recent show. Challenges are that due to unsuitable wifi it wasn't possible to always see that details had come down which was slightly unnerving. Also, it didn't seem possible to set questions on the app and only came up with 1-20 with a tick/x. Would be useful to set there and then. No show will be the same without this technology ongoing

Have to say missed the first email I had on this but had a look on their second email. So good, using it next week so hopefully will be as good as it looks. Got one licence included in the price of the show I'm doing but would definitely pay in the future as long as sensible. Best thing I've used for a long time. Congrats.

Works brilliantly. Scans quickly, allows you to mark categories, and even gives the option to add notes - which is so useful. Add that to the ability to download your contacts instantly, and you have a great app.

Useful, usable, works well

Although this is much faster than previous versions, it can still be a little slow and temperamental reading QR codes. It's important to note that you must set up the questions outside of the app which can be a little frustrating.
