I paid $4.99 to try this app and decided to cancel subscription, but they offered me a yearly subscription for $39.99, which I consider a good price and ended up subscribing. For some reason, they are now charging me $9.99, and be aware that they won’t provide you with a receipt so don’t know why they are charging me again. 😡
There is no apparent/obvious way to cancel! This is a sham!
It was charging me weekly and I thought it was monthly. Then when I switched to the annual plan it charged me for both the week and year. No response yet from support so I’m going to have to call my credit card and cancel it and just be out the money. DO NOT GET!!
It was working fine on day 1 but opening it back up has been a pain. Stuck in the loading screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, which worked for a bit but now the issue is persisting. the app is unusable.
I bought the 7 day free trial and my account was charged simply for starting it, it claims it was free yet I payed 15$ for 1 week. Completely unbelievable I want a refund.
No way of understanding how to get better. Don’t waste your money. This should be free. It’s so bad. A lot of works needs to be done before someone should pay for this.
The app appears to be very sketchy because i literally just downloaded the app and it’s making it impossible to cancel my subscription and request my refund. It says the function to edit membership is unavailable. Very sketchy, when all other options are available
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from the Vocal Image app. After canceling my subscription both through Apple and the app itself, the charges kept coming. My credit card has been billed repeatedly, and I've been charged a total of $134.00, even though I’ve done everything to cancel. It’s a scam—an endless loop that locks you into paying even after cancellation. I’ve tried everything, from blocking payments to begging them to stop billing me every week, but nothing works. Their subscription process is incredibly deceptive and predatory. On top of the billing nightmare, the app itself is cumbersome to use and far from intuitive. Navigating through its features is frustrating, and it doesn’t deliver on its promises. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—do not download or subscribe to this app!
I don’t find anything in my field. I sing classical music and some folk. Also, I am twice as old as your oldest category I’m 82.
If you are not used to reading out loud, then this app isn’t good for you. They use quotes from Lord of the Rings or poets or philosophers in old English, which doesn’t read easy. And if you make mistakes reading things out loud the scoring gets messed up.
