Booked a flight. Got a good offer. But unfortunately I had to change the itinerary. Was literally a pain to get the itinerary changed. We have to make a request to change flights and it will take 48 hours for someone to contact us. If we do not like the option we will have to request again and it will take another 48 hours to contact us!! Their customer service agents do not respond properly as well. The worst part is that the date change costs as much as booking a new flight. I had to contact the original airline and made the change by paying 10% of the orignal fare. What a scam. Would recommend to book only if you are 100% sure of flying on the said dates.

Agree with the poor ratings - worst service I have ever experienced. How can you sell something and then blatantly ignore all requests for help when the consumer is begging for help. The WORST.

The application is nice. The service behind the app is horrible. Used once in Spain, will never use or again !

It's very good Application

I often travel between Canada & Europe and within Europe. This app is great because I always get the best prices on the market. But they should include a currency converter.

Needs a currency option.

This probably just saved me hours of my trip from being wasted looking for flights! Absolutely 100% necessary when traveling! Another great feature would also be to be able to choose "fly any time", but maybe I just haven't found it yet. Thank you so much for this app!
