Hi is there the app working. Since the flight has been cancelled and they didn’t refund the amount instead gave coupon for booking. That coupon is also not working before the expiry date. Looking for refund amount

They don’t bother for the flights if they are even cancelled by the airlines they refused to refund not recommended

This is scam travel agency. Google or go to tripadvisor to see 1000 thread relating to it scam. I was cheated 650$ to book flight via this 3rd from skyscanner and they didn’t send me any booking confirmation, not just me. Be careful.

Payed for flight through this website only to be charged but they never approved the booking. I was not able to check in and missed my flight as a result!!!

BEWARE Ive booked a flight to Iceland but was cancelled.Though I did called in for cash refund and it was agreed. However I received an email telling me that I was given a refund by voucher credits for future booking instead. I was okay too. Today I make a booking and keyed in the voucher ID. But I’m not able to process to the next page. I was prompted to key in my credit card details which I did. Then suddenly Bravofly charged £1.4k into my credit card. I was shocked… I called in to Bravofly and they told me that I didn’t activate my voucher (which Bravofly didn’t instructed me in the step by step email for claiming my voucher credits) 😡 They told me that they will activate my voucher so that I can use the voucher for other rental car or hotel booking.. hey 👋🏽 , twice bitten and u expect me to book again.. ? Gosh, this is a SCAM avoid booking anything from Bravofly at ALL COST.

It would be good if the app allow users to set to user currency.

Sto aspettando da un anno e mezzo un rimborso. Dopo essermi sentito dire dall’assistenza PRIMA che avrei dovuto fornire il mio estratto conto per verificare il mancato rimborso, e DOPO avergli mostrato lo screen dell’app che attestava il fatto che il rimborso non fosse stato ancora preso in carico, mi sono sentito dire che avrei ricevuto i soldi in una/due settimane. Sono passati penso due mesi e non ho ricevuto nulla. Truffa?

Cerco di comprare un biglietto per mia madre con la carta d’identità del suo paese di origine dove la scadenza è nell’ 2078 ma l’applicazione non la prende in considerazione, vi dovette aggiornare!!!!
