Bug in de oplaadplanning
Er zit een verschrikkelijke bug in de oplaadplanning. Deze kon niet meer uitgeschakeld worden en bleef zichzelf telkens opnieuw inschakelen waardoor de wagen niet startte met opladen. Zeer vervelend als je een lange rit voor de boeg hebt en je het niet opgelost krijgt. Zonet dus de app en het profiel moeten verwijderen en een absurde tijd moeten instellen in de wagen zelf en na 5x afkoppelen en aanhangen accepteerde hij de nieuwe planning en hebben we morgenvroeg hopelijk een bruikbare wagen. Helaas dus ook het hele profiel weg dus nu dient alles weer geïnstalleerd te worden 😑

More and more updates and more electronic onboard the less the app works its stuck for hours saying car is in use so after 7 hours parked at work its not possible to start my car great job
Timers keep disappearing
Every few weeks all timers for pre-heating disappear from my app. This is very annoying especially for the recurring ones.
It would be nice to have additional features to keep track of electricity consumption and charging.
Loopt achter op concurrentie
De app is volledig zinloos. Geen statistieken, zoals elektriciteit benzine ratio . Map gedeelte geeft alleen aan waar de wagen staat, dus geen functionaliteit zoals “ sent to car” en bereken route. Deuren kunnen gesloten en geopend worden,maar geen ramen en zonnedak . Geen andere waarden van de auto te vinden zoals oliepeil, bandenspanning, toestand van de remmen. Er moet dus veel gebeuren…. Zal wel niet snel uitgevoerd worden.

A bit disappointing
It’s a nice good looking app, but I’m really missing the possibility to close the windows and the roof window. And why not, even the trunk. It would also be nice to be able to open some windows for a few centimetres. I’m missing some basic information at the home screen of the app. E.g. the battery status. In my point of view the ergonomics should be reevaluated. The app is now divided in 5 section (icons at the bottom). I think that the 3 last ones (car status, help and account) should be merge in a triple dot pull down. The 2 first section should be merge in one home screen that is more oriented to quick accessible data and functions. But not being able to close the windows and open them a few centimetres is really the most disappointing to me. Maybe in a coming update?
Update:
I’m also missing the ability to tell the app (a button or something) that is ok if my car is not locked. When it’s in the garage I never lock it, and I don’t want to. But the app doesn't stop sending notifications, it’s a bit annoying.
Car disappears often from app
It happens often that the app lost my car. I need to reregister every time with the VIN of the car. This is really annoying.
Very few functionalities
This app is so basic.
Why can’t I see whether or not my windows or closed/opened?
Why can’t I change charge limit, charge speed.
How come it’s only possible to start climate but I can’t change the temperature?
Why can’t I switch on demisters…
The list goes on.
Basically all other car manufacturers offer these things.
Très ... minimaliste...
Application très pauvre en fonctionnalités, ne serait-ce que l'affichage de la recharge en cours qui n'indique que le temps de fin de recharge ainsi que le niveau de la batterie, la puissance de charge en kWh n'aurait pas été de trop. Très surprenant quand on compare avec les applications des autres fabricants
Klimatisatie bug
Ondanks de beperkte mogelijkheden in de app zit er toch nog een bug in de app. De timers die kunnen toegevoegd worden in de klimatisatie werken helemaal niet! Je kan enkel de klimatisatie manueel aan of uitzetten.
