Ok as far as it goes
It ought to be simple enough to send a destination from the app to say nav (kinda like you can on the my BMW App) so what’s here works ok - but it lacks features.

It doesn’t work at all
Have an XC40 Recharge in Australia & I think this app might have connected correctly once despite multiple updates. Currently doesn’t work at all. It’s a bit of a disgrace really and doesn’t help the marketing of new tech & EV cars.. The car itself however is great :)
Very slow load
Always says taking more time than usual to load. But I never get usual. Very slow
Not responsive/inaccurate
Since updating to v2.10 of the car software the app no longer accurately reports charge activity. App indicates car is charging when in schedule mode, yellow glow when it should be blue, indicates is in standby mode when actually charging
Can't request service in App
The app is not very helpful still. Can't request a service.
Slim pickings
App is slow to connect. When it does, it’s fine for the basics, but I was expecting far more. Thinks lacking include history of charging, detail on charge rate, km/kWh, etc. All this is basic, and much of it visible in-car. The data is there, please add it to the app.
Crushing
The app keeps crushing. Very disappointed
It crashes!!!
After the recent updating, I can no longer open this app. Disappointing...
Not very effective
App takes ages to log on and the climate control feature doesn’t work.
