VOX App does not work properly
Sorry to say but I think this app is some kind of scam. They state they offer online promotion (buy 2 and get 1 free) but it is FALSE. You can’t book online and when I raised this with the Movie house VOX staff I was informed I needed to use the app. I loaded the app (in front of the VOX staff) and it still did not work. When I showed the staff it was not working they didn’t show to care. When I asked them to honour their promotion I was simply informed that it was not possible and them ignored. Honestly, what a disappointing joke. VOX, don’t lie to your consumers!!!!
Apple Pay payment
It would be amazing to provide Apple Pay option at VOX cinemas app, it would make booking tickets faster and easier.

There are lot of errors in the app
Useless features
There is an option to prepare the order in advance, for it to be ready when you reach to collect it. However every time the order is not prepared and you end up having to wait for it to be ready and miss part of the movie. This is unacceptable.
