2 day trip to London

What a fabulous service and such a great way to see all the main sites on offer. I’d thoroughly recommend going for the 2 day pass otherwise it’s a lot to fit in one day. Quick service, helpful guides and we loved the top deck!

Terrible support

I waited hours for a bus and they said it was too bad, it’s a normal occurrence. Most of the time the busses were showing as offline in the app.

Very dissatisfied

We were five of us on this big B. Microphone on bus did not work for 3 of us. We were on top so bus moving and we could not go to speak to driver. Long waits esp at Bondi beach. Bus comes but full so will not pick us. We waited long hour’s especially in Bondi beach. My guest were dissatisfied and I have more visitors coming all the time and I will think about it. Emailed the company but no response. 0411201253.

Big Bus Tour app is terrible

Do not buy tickets on the app. Buy it from the front desk in your destination city or you are likely to run into problem retrieving your ticket.

Useless

Yes, It is a public holiday, but the business knew this but failed to have sufficient information available for users to advise diversions and pop up bus stops. App is not any good if the times advised are incorrect or advising no live feed Disappointed and leaving me disenchanted with this company Stars are for a clean bus and some drivers that give a damn.

Singapore

Best way to get around Singapore to get a feel for the city. Visited the major landmarks and attractions. We had a marvellous day.
