괜찮다는 리뷰가 있어서가입하고 결제했는데, 패스워드 받기 위해서 또 다른 프로그램을 깔아야하는 것에 이상함을 느끼고 결제 취소를 요청했습니다 ! 30일 환불 보장이라는 광고와 달리 환불 자체가 되지 않고, 무려 2주일을 환불 해 주지 않고 소비자를 기만 하며 추가 결제를 유도합니다 ! 경찰에 신고 한다는 협박 아닌 협박 끝에 2주만에 겨우 환불 해주겠다는 대답을 들었습니다 !!! 다른 분들은 저처럼 피해 보시지 않기를 바라며 절대 결제 혹은 가입 하지 않으시길 바랍니다 !
app keeps logging out when trying to connect to other locations
whenever i disconnect from one server and try to connect to another location, it automatically logs out and requires me to sign in again. it’s really bugging me as hell!

Login is not maintained and there is no page to log in again. All we have is a paid subscription button. If you delete the application and reinstall it, the login button comes out only then. Every time you turn on vpn, you need to delete the application and reinstall it. I subscribed to the 5-year plan, but it‘s just absolute trash.
Just don’t use this in ios. You’re gonna regret if you pay them.
Sometimes, this app automatically logged out without any reason. It’s quiet annoying. But moreover, today, I couldn’t even unable to login. I re-installed this thing, but nothing changed. It says ‘Please wait’ when I try to log in, but nothing happens FOREVER. Thanks for this stupid situation, I couldn’t watch Worldcup broadcast during my trip. Thank you, ivacy.
