Bought a ”lifetime” subscription, thats 5years for ivacy..

So as the topic says, i bought a lifetime subscription and thats simply a prepaied period of 5 years. So this and the fact that the service is very bad, if working at all, makes me believe that the five years they let me have the service is their expected lifetime. Not my definition. Stay away.

keep getting logged out every time I use the app.

I keep getting logged out every time I use the app. This issue has been reported throughout July without being fixed. I have a paid subscription but will stop this unless this works soon. There are many VPN services to choose from. but would like to continue using the service, been a customer for many years now. but soon I can't take it anymore

Urgent improvements are needed

I have to login in my account every time I use the app. This is so bothersome! Please, fix this. The app crashes sometimes or takes forever to connect. I wouldn’t recommend, considering the amount of available alternatives.

Whats up? Why does the app suck so bad?

It disconnects every minute and requires sign in again to reconnect. All the time. For iPad it doesn’t even work. Will this ever be fixed? Maybe talk to your developer team?

No customer service

5 days and still no reply from customer service. Uninstalled.
