Every time I come into Ivacy, it asks me to get PureVPN. When I try I cannot enter my payment information card details as my first name is embed into the name section not letting me add my full card name. Subsequently unable to PORT. Unable to use the app!

Usually decent and reliable when connected however consistent on logging me out and forcing me to watch ads before i can log back in. 5yr sub of this.. cant wait.

The title says it all. The basic of a VPN is to download anonymously. When I activate it it won’t download anything. Spent hours trying to sort. They can’t and now won’t refund despite the payment they took was for a service starting in 2 years. Disgraceful

Trying to get it to run but no way. Tried on Amazon fire tv cube, Amazon 4k firestick, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad 9th generation all no go. Talked to a chat bot but got nowhere, hoping for refund.

I bought over a couple of years ago I bought a lifetime subscription have had nothing but problems with it since then and the support is absolutely terrible tickets go on answered and questions remain about problems with the service I noticed that after you've subscribed to this company they send you endless emails asking to subscribe again even though you've already subscribed the amount of junk mail to come from this company once they have your email address is not to be underestimated, I filed several Support tickets as I was unable to use their external services such as open VPN and WireGuard when are you try using services are unable to login despite putting in three or four different tickets the issue remains on resolved and so I am unable to use these particular configurations despite them being part of the service, the Support tickets are mostly answered or any haphazardly answered with no real resolution as to the problem, also the bundled app that you have to use to login through the service contains malware which is embedded with ad malware, one can only assume that the company is rolling ads silently through the pixel process on this VPN while you are connected thus gaining more revenue. There's a reason at this VPN is cheap and it isn't because they're doing you a favour!

Few issues with this VPN, The speeds are a lot slower than most other VPNS, their infrastructure needs an upgrade. Wireguard does not support always on mode. More battery drain compared to other VPNs Ivacy had their certificate stolen which was then used to sign malware. Since then, Ivacy has not issued any statement on this or said what else was stolen from their company. It works but the issues and lack of transparency is a good reason to look elsewhere. They can improve by fixing these problems and being more transparent with their users(all reviews are replied with the same response from “Valerie Evans” with no real answer). I will change my review if they make these changes. Also their windows app is very buggy.

So I paid for a lifetime subscription but the account details say that the license will be terminated after 5 years! Customer service told me that I have to contact them every 5 years to renew the subscription. Ao if you don't you will lose your lifetime benefit for which you paid extra! After a year this service is got worse and worse, the random availability of the servers, random disconnections to requaried servers, they are not stable at all... Ios app is draining the battery and also freezing/lagging mobile, The same symptoms on Fire TV and Windows laptop. Avoid this service!

Even with the always on toggle on, the VPN keeps disconnecting. And sometimes the button decides to turn off by itself. The support is completely useless and doesn’t provide any real support. Cheap but pointless if you want to provide a 24h vpn protection.

Ivacy VPN is a fantastic app for anyone who values online security and privacy. It's easy to use and navigate, and the connection is fast and stable. I appreciate the ability to choose from different server locations, and I feel much more secure when using this app on my iPhone.
