Do not work was not assisted
Downloaded the app and connected the VPN, instantly there was an issue attempted to open Netflix would not work so closed app and reopened. The app was now working but in standard UK options was connected to USA vpn. Contacted customer service offloaded app and tried again, attempted different protocols, did not work so a ticket was logged. Was advised a few hours response, no response nearly 24 hours later contacted again another ticket logged and no response. Cancelled trips would not waste my time with this app.
