UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE

My child made a purchase on your app without my permission. And now $75/£69 has been deducted from my banking account. Please check all the necessary information or details that you going to check so you can confirm that the was an unauthorized purchase made. I really need my money back. I’m a South African and this amount is to much to lose, please help me.

Honestly, in this day and age I really don’t know if this vpn is worth having. It seems to be working, but realistically I just don’t know

After paying for a subscription I still get adverts for a higher priced option ON EVERY CLICK! Hard to use the app with so much interruptions

Locks all the servers unless you subscribe. Should allow users to test basic functionality before subscribing. A waste of time!

Have used them for many years. Yesterday it stopped working and when k enquired was told service not available days after. I renewed my subscription.
