So bad with the ads now, like why

Why is there still not an option to export in anything higher than JPG...so lossy it's horrible

Locked presets I once purchased under their subscription! Unethical and bad business practices.

I’m not being dramatic when I tell you their new subscription is munted! I paid for all their presets about 5 or so years ago, they’re nearly all locked behind a subscription pay wall now. Emailed vsco and they wanted me to name all the ones I lost individually. Why is it now my problem that their app isn’t working correctly? Do they not keep records? Surely they don’t expect their users to remember every preset name they’ve purchased from YEARS ago? Making people pay for something they’ve already bought is poor form, unethical and a bad business practice. I’ll be using other apps from now on. I’d even stated I can’t remember the names of all presets I purchased off by heart and I got a follow up email.. asking me to name exactly which presets I’ve purchased which are now locked! Dodgy and greedy! They’ve locked up just about everything that used to be free including grain etc I’m annoyed what I paid for I no longer have access to, just because they want to suck money out of people. I’m 24 and from the “millenial” or tech generations you could say - and myself and so many other people my age despise subscriptions for everything. Things that used to be free, things we’ve already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous! Much better FREE apps out there. I want my money back 😡

Seems lousy

Was browsing video editing apps, this doesn’t let you do anything unless you pay for premium, don’t want to mess around like that when I’m just browsing for the right app deleted it within a couple minutes

Amazing!

Clicked on for the 7-day trial only to find they charged me instantly for the monthly $19.99 fee. Deceptive practices and I will be following up with my card provider and Apple

Disappointed

Melissaellen08 on

As many of the more recent reviews I have been using this app for years. With over 750 photos on my phone edited with it. Upon getting a new phone and having to redownload the app I can see I’ll need to subscribe to use the app the same way I have done for years. Time to find a new go to editing app I guess

Video quality really poor

PixelTits on

Australia

I loved this app but for some reason in the past few weeks the video quality has been horrible. As soon as I import something it’s really blurry. Please fix soon, I’d rather not change apps.

All videos are compressing terribly.

Cannot edit any videos on a paid subscription. They are compressing worse than what any social media service would do. Sort it out guys. We pay good money for this service!
