Do not create FD from the app
I created one FD from the app, and money was also deducted, but that FD details are not reflected in my account. I called customer care but was told to visit the home branch as they cannot help me with this. I created FD from the app because I can't go to the home branch because I work elsewhere, and now they're asking me to go to the home branch. If the bank offers an online FD creation option, online support should be available, or the online FD option should be removed from the app.
