Not accepting feed back from app, select range is not working
Issues I faced: 1. Partial no. Of FDs are only displayed. 2. App is Not allowing to select date range for statement. 3. Not accepting feedback from app
Connectivity issue error
App always show, an error “ there’s some connectivity issue, please try after some time” This error doesn’t solved since more 3 months.
App not recognizing number after using esim
Kindly note that, Union Nxt app not loading and recognizing mobile number after shifting to esim. Kindly check and update application to support esim also.
The app doesn’t open.
It’s been 2 days, I’m trying to open the app, but it keeps saying server not found…I had to send NEFT… Luckily I do business with other banks too, so got my job done via another bank….

Frustrating app
Even after a dozen trials you cannot go beyond ‘Set Transaction Password’. Even when you receive OTP on your message, it will return “enter valid existing transaction password “. Disappointing application.
Worst bank in ebanking and customer service
