• Install the app from App store
• Select preferred language
• Select eligible SIM and accept T&C, an automated SMS will be sent from eligible SIM to activate your account

Can’t understand in this age and technology, how can one have this kind of pathetic app

How NRI should login to this app

Why there is no negative rating. No choice have to give 1 rating. If NRI trys to login it will send an international sms, well I thought it would be one time setup and spend $$ for the sms. And to surprise the login did not go through. Such a lame services, their website is worse. Should learn from international banks. Need to clear the basic fundamentals of digital banking. Waste of time.

Worst!!

Worst baking app ever!! Why do you even release such useless app when nothing works.

Not working

It’s not at all working nd it not opening waste of using it befor version this app is nice unnext app bt updated version is not nice nd nor working properly

Don’t upgrade - app stops working

I wish there was a negative rating scale. Updated the app hoping bugs will be fixed and the app just stopped working. Why do banks offer digital service when they can’t figure out how to get basic things to work. RBI needs to start imposing fines for not being able to service clients. Worst of all in Covid times have to go to a branch far away to withdraw cash.

Slow and poorly written application

I am never this negative towards applications; but I have to mention that this application is one of the most poorly written banking application and I am forced to use it. RBI should begin to slap a fine on banks that are unable to provide good digital banking capabilities these days. The software seems to have to very poorly QA’ed. And the server is just sloooooow.

Security

App doesn’t mentioned mention much on security, which is mainly we are more concerned about. Could you please update, currently how many users are using this App.

Login stopped working

App login stopped working after installing the latest update. Nothing happens post key in the PIN. Wondering how the developers prepared to release this app update.
