Benn waiting for months for Westfield to help with an issue I am having with the app. Got an initial response to say they would look at it and since then Emails and messages on X are just ignored. Appalling customer service.

During setup app won’t let you go past continue even after ticking all the boxes.

Apple should pull this from the App Store. The definition of broken software.

This app is useless! It was unable to create an account through the app, I had to do this separately on the website. It was then unable to move past the data terms of use section. This was such a waste of time!

Possibly the most rubbish app ever

Tried to download and register, had the full instructions from my Westfield app but the parking app did not go through one stage and would not progress. Absolute rubbish, they have given up a perfectly good parking app for one that is useless. Retrograde progress

This app does not work.

I used to use the old system and it was great. Whoever designed this app should be sacked immediately as this beyond embarrassing. They absolutely have no idea what they are doing and I just abandoned this now and prefer to pay at the machine.

I couldn’t even start using it because it doesn’t log in. Even when choosing all the mandatory and optional consent check boxes in the Setup Email step, the Continue button doesn’t work. Very bad app.

Absolutely hopeless app. Lengthy set up process and can’t get it to work. That’s 30 minutes I’ll never get back. What a waste of time. Please junk this app asap Westfield!!!
