I hate this App it is awful to use , the developers haven’t a clue what they were doing it’s so out of date

Can be a useful app if it didn’t keep asking me to register a credit card after I have already done it times and again. It is now not useful at all and a total waste of my time.

Says I need to register a card so I do that, get confirmation… then it says I need to add a card, do it again… still says it wants a card, so did it a third time… I now give up! Old system worked perfectly in the main app? Why change it and why have two separate Westfield apps?

Ridiculous app, complicated to use, not user friendly and simply doesn’t work. Created a pass on entry and then left it active for over month. Utterly pointless app.

I park a lot at Westfield Stratford and had no problem before this new app came into play. We parked the money came out of my account and the barrier did not go up. Called while in the car park and eventually the barrier was raised. The money was debited from my account twice and although I contacted WPark and the email was acknowledged no money was refunded. I had to go through my bank to get the money back. I am deleting the app and will Ho back to paying for parking manually

App crashes every time I try and register credit card details so impossible to use. From other feedback it looks like I’m not alone in this but neither Westfield or the app developer care it seems.

Made a long-awaited trip to Westfield and day out in London so, so stressful. The most useless, unclear, frustrating app ever. Almost drove me to tears. Utterly confusing, freezes all the time, and so hard to figure out. Ruined our day.

After registering my card details for the third time I’ve lost the will to live. A diabolical app which has no purpose.

Can't believe they even properly login user

App does not work & can’t even set up payment card despite being on wifi. Awful experience for 2024
