Excellent resource

Was great to have inside the park, was accurate and made choosing rides much easier!

Wait times are slowly updated

I updates many wait time but are extemely slow to update on app

Awesome app

Great to have this open at the same time as the Disney app, so you aren't flipping back and forth in the Disney app. I actually like the map way better than the Disney app because it has the names to everything.

Needs Improvement

This potentially a really useful app but it needs some work, particularly on the infrastructure that supports the app. In some cases the wait times were not consistent with what was shown at the park (e.g. Test Track 50 minutes versus 30 minutes at the park). Wait times were not available early in Animal Kingdom in the early part of the day for quite sometime after the park opened. Also, the app does not seem to indicate rides that are closed but instead just shows a low wait time. Disney should be able to do better than this.

Garbage in, Garbage out

I tried using this app durin recent visits to all 4 Magic Kingdom parks. The app worked well, although some of the navigation is confusing. The significant issue, though, is that the data for wait times comes from other users, with the only sanity check being that they need to be "near" the attraction they are updating. While the times were usually close, we ran into cases where somebody entered absolute nonsense - for example reporting a ride closed, or hour-long waits when there were none. It would be better if users had to log in to provide data (see GasBuddy for an example). I switched to Disney's offical, but heavy weight, app, because the info was correct.
