Just brought the multi pack 16€, but when i go to episode 2, 3, 4, 5 and 400 day it stil says that i have to buy the episode??? Wy is that?

Heb het spel gekocht maar kan het niet spelen. Hij download het tot 99% het stopt er dan mee. Als ik het niet kan spelen wil ik mijn geld terug.
