App doesn’t open once buying the multi pack

Played it on console and will say the game is amazing, but on iPad/ phone once you buy the multi pack the game doesn’t seem it wants to work anymore.. I need a refund due to the game nothing working and just taking my money.

Can’t download in-app episodes after purchased

I can’t download additional episodes after purchasing the multi-pack. It says connection lost while downloading data even though I have a stable connection. What to do? Waste of money?
