I bought the multipack and is literally impossible to download the episodes. I really love the game, but this is so dissapointed, I would like to have a refund.

Bought the pack that comes with episodes 2-5 plus the 400 days episode but it won’t download. It says it’s a problem with my wifi but I’ve tried everything. And I can’t get a refund for it either.
