Didn’t even get chance to use the 7 day trial then I was charged £70 despite emailing to cancel as there is a hidden extra step in email to enable full cancellation. Unethical conning people out of money. How can you charge someone £70 to walk when that’s not even the cost for the full year! Customer service was terrible refused to assist me.
I am trying to cancel my subscription before it renews in 5 days time. I have followed all instructions as set out in the terms and conditions but there is no option within the settings of manage my account to cancel! I have emailed and have been informed that I will not be able to cancel unless I do so in the app. How do I do this? I would definitely steer clear of this app- it’s a scam!

Cancelled my 7 day free trial but they still charged me $29.99 for a month. Emailed them demanding money back but no reply. Do not download this app
Awful rubbish with zero customer service. They charged you immediately, although you cancel the trial. If you eventually contact customer service, they send you an automatic email. Not even a proper response. The only thing they care about is the money.
UPDATE: despite emailing them they have taking a further £30 out of my account, apple informed, PayPal informed. 😡😡 They have now taken £90 rom my account despite unsubscribing from the 7 day trial!!! Absolutely shocking, have emailed them and surprise surprise no response. Time for legal action. Fraudulently taking money from accounts. Absolutely shocking!!
I also signed up for the trial and for the second time now I am being charged $60 dollars! When I have cancelled this app months and months ago. It’s terrible in its use anyway and a total scam. I’ll be reporting to apple to get my refund from this scamming company.
Canceled, unsubscribed to be then billed £65 out of nowhere. Waiting for response and refund before asking my bank for fraud investigation. Absolutely bizarre.
It’s a total fraud and they ll keep sucking your money from your account without indicating any steps to cancel the freaking subscription you never even understand how you enrolled. DO NOT AUTHORISE THE 1$ payment. I
Do not download. I do not recall signing up for this and most definitely didn’t subscribe as I don’t have any subscriptions for anything. I have just discovered two payments that have been taken from my Apple Pay without my knowledge. Make sure you’re vigilant if you explore this app.
