Just started today it simple and effective
Only been using 1 week at slow pace so not seeing much in way of results but as for the app itself the avatar and instructions/rest time are working for me
They really should make this app for free, because some people just wanna get fit I can’t afford

I like the app in general, been trying for over 30 days to get a feel of the app and I realised the data that you entered in before starting the app don’t effect to what exercises you will get. The exercise routine feels like a fixed set up in general regardless of your fitness level, age, and if you have sensitive knees or bad back. So, like me, over 45, some of the exercises did make my knees hurt and back hurts and I don’t think it’s worth the money to get myself injured for Ostepath visits. I feel this app is more for people who are younger or for someone who are fit and know about exercises to make any alternative adjustments during the routine to make it work.
I actually like this app lol it’s easy to start only 10 minutes did not think I would feel it but as ur moving slow u think about the movement
Good small workouts that only take up a few minutes a day, unfortunately if you can’t do a day due to illness or working 12 hour shift it blocks out that day- you cannot go back and do it in the monthly plan
It’s simple to use and motivating. Connects to my Apple Watch lovely too
