Awful customer service. Got my account blocked after paying for a product. The customer service was very uncaring and unhelpful. My account then got unlocked and the seller cancelled my buy. They have a 3-10 business days for the refund policy. I proceeded to buy another couch with delivery through them. Paid and everything was ok. I communicated with the seller to know when he was going to send it. He flat out refused to send. And again the customer service was unhelpful and know I’m out the price of two couches while I wait for the refund

Mycket nöjd med att kunna sälja och köpa second hand. 👍🏽 Gillar också post-alternativet — otroligt skönt att få hemleverans när man är småbarnsförälder.! MEN när jag köpte en stolsdyna till tripp trapp-stol med hemleverans visade det sig att den vara både trasig, nött och smutsig. Jag anser att reklamationen var självklar, men säljaren vägrade så wallapops agent tog upp ärendet – till allas förvåning dömde agenten till säljarens fördel och jag förlorade pengarna. Därav lägre betyg för wallapop.

If you ever have a problem with the app you can forget contacting support. They do NOT reply!!! Have had issues for several weeks and found many things I would like to buy but the app will not show contact information and chat function does NOT work!
