DO NOT USE
On 23rd of May, I made a sale using the app. Everything smooth, I shipped my item through the app, very smooth. A couple days later, the buyer received the item and I received the money in my wallet. All good
Then the next day, on 28th May, I can’t login to the app. Even though I haven’t changed my password, can’t login, and when I try to reset password, I don’t receive any email.
After some online research, seems I have been banned. No reason, no notification from Wallapop. Just banned. I have tried to contact customer service but no response. And I can’t access my money. So I have lost my item, and my money. The app is a scam, they are thieves. This would not be legal in the UK but it is a Spanish app. They can just ban your account with no notice/warning and no way to contact them, and you will lose your money.

Scam do not use
Upon making a sale you are asked to verify ur account which is a charge of £299 which fails then you are asked to try again which also fails they gaurentee it if u try a third time which won’t be “taken out ur account” but you need atleast £300 in the account for them to proceed.
Easy to use
Had one or two weird emails but wallop stopped any nonsense emails . I sold my item really quickly that a to Wallapop.
Dont bother
Don’t bother was really good to begin with but it’s lock me out of two accounts now for know reason what’s so ever
Posting
Posting an item is so difficult all the pictures miss match and it always says error!!!
Good stuff being sold - but glitching app
For some reason the app stopped showing pictures and then logged me out. Now cannot login again and cannot retrieve my account at all. It is a real shame because I was in the middle of buying something.
I love the community and the process. Have bought with them and the QR system is super smart and easy. But the app crashes sooooo often it is really a pain to use. It’s a shame because the concept is brilliant and useful.
No shipping options
Love the app only just joined but my items the shipping method is greyed out? When I search for my items on the home page it says my items are only available to pick up in person only🙁 but apart from that great app can anyone help?
Constant crashing
I want to use the app more but it’s constantly hanging or crashing. And today it no longer shows pictures… so slow and buggy. A shame as many things from good people for sale. Has frequent updates that never solve the problems and is the slowest app I have ever used. But yeah, keep celebrating 10 years etc../. please fix the bugs
Foreign listings only
Set the location to United Kingdom, getting listings in Spanish and Italian.
Log in no longer works
Impossible to log in due to a connection error after Capcha. Reinstalled but problem still happens.
