Just Doesn’t Work

It won’t even open. What is the point of having an app?

Completely Worthlessness

Staying at a Warwick Property for the first time in years. Downloaded the app to manage my reservation. The app will not initiate. Deleted and downloaded again…to no avail. Simply deleted the app. Bye bye.

Terrible

I can’t get this app to function at all on my iPhone 14:(

App rarely works

Always get error sign. No longer supported

Not Functional

The search feature returns no results. You can’t find your resort, there are no results with no filters and distance set to any. No results when searching by resort’s exact name.

Totally Useless

This app is completely non-functional. It gives errors when searching for any location, and doesn’t allow users to do anything - period. Save yourself some time and don’t download until these issues have been resolved in the next version.

Doesn’t work

I typed in the exact name of the Warwick New York and searched, no results. Same with the exact address of the hotel, no results. Ridiculous

Upset in Trenton

Downloading of this app was a waste of time for me! Frustrating! Useless!

Bummer. Potentially Useful if it Worked.

As the others state, it’s just a waste of a download. Doesn’t really go anywhere. It read my location incorrectly, so while I could click the other completely inaccurate locations, I couldn’t even search for my local Warwick. If it does read location correctly, it looks like you can do a variety of things: Request items to room, request your car at valet, check-in, sign into Journeys. But since my local Warwick doesn’t show up or allow me to search, I can’t do anything with this app. It is also very out of date and does not fit the phone space for newer iPhones / iOS.

A waste of memory space. Get it together, Warwick! Crappy app and no points program.
