Watch AFL

This is the worst app I use on my phone, however because I live overseas I don’t have a choice. Crashes, clunky, poor quality, you name it and this app will disappoint in that way. Best part is they recently updated this app from looking like their intern built it in a week and now it runs ever worse. Download it but don’t be surprised at the frustration that comes along with it.

What a shocker. A real own goal by the AFL (and NRL) with a terrible user CX. Streaming and buffering is terrible. App crashes on Apple TV regularly. Pay a lot for very little in the end. Best performance is to cast from an iPad to your smart TV…what a joke!

You’d think with all the millions the AFL have got they’d be able to build a half decent App. Nope. Cast breaks, no fast forward, hard to use.

Good app, but could be better on the fast fwd and rewind functions. On top of that it sometimes drops out when mirroring on AppleTV.

Videos don’t load half the time, unable to download a tv show even if downloading for hours? Netflix does it in minutes. Makes it unusable offline

I subscribed for a month and then forgot to cancel as I was returning to Australia. There was no roll over reminder and not even a receipt or confirmation of a new subscription, very sneaky and sinister. Even asked to compromise and drop me to a one off weekly subscription, no. No real subscription company operates like this anymore. They will not reply to email and when they do it is a cut and paste job, talk about zero respect for the customer. Trust me - just buy a vpn, these guys don’t respect you so why bother doing the right thing.

We were only overseas for 1 week, so trying to cancel the subscription is near impossible. They keep charging and charging your account. Be careful before you subscribe

For the amount of money it’s costs compared to the service the provide. Is just about the worse I have ever experienced. The AFL should be ashamed they have their brand name associated with this disastrous app

Can’t turn off subtitles, rather frustrating. Streaming quality has been fine but this has been an issue for quite a while now that hopefully developers can provide an update for soon.

Logged in, home screen and match screen are totally blank. Only instructions for troubleshooting on the website are for muppets eg delete the app and reinstall. This app has been around long enough and is connected to an expensive pay-to-watch service. What possible excuse could you have for not getting the basics right? I've missed the game now.
