Please note: If you purchase a subscription during the free 7-day trial period, we will add your new credit to your remaining balance. Your purchased subscription is not automatically renewed.
Payment methods for subscription:

Geen brughoogtes meer
Was voorheen gemeente water app en overzichtelijk App werkt ook niet volledig na betaling
Uiterst tevreden.
We zijn al sinds het begin gebruiker op onze IPad. Gebruiken dit in combinatie met GNS3000 voor GPS. Werkt uitstekend. Indien we opmerking, foto sturen krijgen we ook snel bericht terug. Zeker met de nieuwste versie nu is het heel gemakkelijk routes te maken. Zeker aan te raden. 👍👍
Tevreden
Waterkaarten in 2024 in verbinding met een AIS tranceiver naar tevredenheid gebruikt op de drukke vaarwegen rond Rotterdam en Amsterdam. Voor een specifiek probleem met de positie kreeg ik onmiddellijk steun van de support. In een snelle email conversatie werd een oplossing gevonden. Als gebruiker moet je wel enig gevoel voor techniek en computer hebben. Neem de tijd om te oefenen.
Moeilijk verlengen
Abonnement verlengen is een zeer gecompliceerd klusje, continu melding betaling mislukt, uit wanhoop andere opties geprobeerd, uiteindelijke verlenging met een maand wel gelukt dit ipv een jaar. Wel heel tevreden op info van de app
Altijd goed bereikbaar
Wij gebruiken de app al een paar jaar en hebben er letterlijk al heel Nederland mee door gevaren. Een makkelijk bedienbare app die continue aan verbetering en vooruitgang werkt heel positief. Mocht er toch iets niet geheel werken zoals je gehoopt had zijn ze goed bereikbaar en doen hun uiterste best om zo snel mogelijk met een oplossing te komen. Wij zijn heel tevreden.

Ik gebruik Waterkaarten inmiddels een aantal jaren en ben een zeer tevreden gebruiker. De app werkt vrijwel altijd probleemloos en als je toch vragen of opmerkingen hebt, wordt er enorm snel op gereageerd. Kortom: aanrader.
Gemak waterkaarten app
Super tool voor plannen van reizen, volgen van de geplande route, maar vooral met actuele info over bruggen en sluizen
Beetje amateuristisch
Waterkaarten stelt routes voor langs langdurig gestremde bruggen. Toen ik daar een opmerking over maakte, kreeg ik als antwoord dat de gebruiker zelf moet uitvogelen of de route wel of niet gestremd is…. Dus leuke app voor amateur schippers die het niet erg vinden om uren om te varen omdat de route niet klopt.
Duidelijke app, en problemen worden heel snel aangepakt
Ik gebruik al enkele jaren deze app, tot volle tevredenheid, hoofdzakelijk op binnenwater. Afgelopen weekend liep ik op open water toch tegen een aantal problemen aan. De navigatie pijl veranderde niet mee met mijn vaar richting en eindbestemming bleek een andere haven te zijn. Toen ik weer thuis was stuurde ik hierover een mail en had binnen een half uur antwoord, een probleem werd direct opgelost en van het andere probleem bleek niet aan de app te liggen maar aan m’n I-pad. Super service dus!!
