I ordered 4 books in a matter of a few minutes and frankly it couldn’t have been easier.I shall not be using Amazon again.

Tried to register and it constantly states lost connection. They then send me an email saying complete registration which then also says lost connection. Can’t be bothered to sign up anymore I would stay clear if I were you.

The Waterstones app makes it straightforward to browse books, select and place orders. All you need!

Easy to use and navigate

- no dark mode. - scrolling doesn’t stop after my initial scroll, which makes me dizzy. - when I click the back button to take me to my ‘Orders’ list, I am booted to the ‘Account’ menu. This app has so much potential but it’s unfortunately let down by these issues.

The app is easy to use and find the books you wish to buy. Payment is straightforward.

Only 3 stars because I have a one4all gift card that says Waterstones as one of the stores but there is nowhere on Waterstones app to apply this card.

I opened the website on my phone and it took me to the Waterstones app. It did a quick update and within seconds I’d found the book I wanted, ordered it, part paid using my loyalty points and it’ll be here in a couple of days. I know nothing beats a real bookshop, but this was really nice and easy, thank you.

It’s a great shop been there few times as I’m getting back into reading books my sister is the blame 😬😁

App is great, never had any real issues with searching for anything, wishlist is great and have spent way too much money now lol, only thing I would recommend to the devs is when searching, I sometimes want to find something new rather than just best selling, having a (here is a random selection of this category) such as manga and graphic novels would mean I would be able to find existing series I wouldn’t have known about. If this exists please tell me as I haven’t found it yet lmao
